- ship registration. The office has a good working relationship with the Cyprus flag and most of the major flags around the world. The office undertakes the permanent, provisional, and bareboat registration of vessels, the transfer of ownership of vessels, the registration and deletion of ship mortgages, the transmission of ship mortgages, and representing the Seller or Buyer or Mortgagee in a transaction before the ship registry.

- taxation of a vessel or a fleet under the Cyprus Tonnage Tax. The Cyprus Tonnage Tax Law has been in force since 2010 and the office has a good working knowledge of the Law.
